Chef John was trained at Mobile 5 Star Petite Marmite in Palm Beach, and continued his career as the longest running Chef on Worth Avenue at such notable establishments as Cafe L'Europe & Renato's. He was then Chef at Palm Beach Yacht Club before opening his own restaurant with his wife, Jan in 2006, as a fine dining establishment.
Chef John & his wife Jan have always loved blues, so we added live blues last year and Chef John's is now on the map as one of the best new blues venues in Florida.
