Unlike other barbecue restaurant owners, chef ear Edwards is willing to share his recipe.
"i'll give the food to you, and you taste it and tell me what's in it," he ssays smiling. "et's all there, so you can't say i didn't give it to you."
chef Edwards will admit that he uses a tomato-based sauce but says he uses a special basting on his meat that is so delicious that his customers don't even need the sauce.
