Introductory Pole Class - Virgins
Intro to Pole is offered to any client new to our studio and new to Pole. Students learn a simple routine consisting of warm up, stretching, floor work and pole spins. This class is for all fitness levels. Bring your heels! The class is offered every Tuesday night and the first Saturday of every month. Be sure to check schedule for most accurate days and times. Online is highly recommended to secure your spot. Class is one hour long. Non-refundable and non-transferable
Kangoo Jumps

Class consists of choreographed routines indoors or outdoor run. Sunday's are FREE for first timers or anyone on the Body By Vi Challenge program.
