In 2009, Elida and her family decided it was time for a move and Charlotte Bistro was born, a whimsical artwork of love and casual elegance. Elida and her culinary teamwork as family to create an exceptional and unpretentious dining experience for guests who crave genuinely warm service and unforgettable cuisine.
