Our softshell crabs arrive alive at our door, fresh from the bayou. We buy live crabs from Lake Pontchartrain and fresh, locally caught and processed crabmeat. No imports. Our food is made from scratch by Chef Ronald Prevost, Chef Gabriel Beard, and a team of dedicated professionals.
Cane River native Janet Caldwell makes her Cane River Meat Pies® fresh, by hand, right here in our kitchen. Our Roast Beef is slow-cooked for 8 hours to produce a rich, flavorful natural gravy.
