Chanticlear Pizza starts with fresh dough made daily in our restaurants. Our dough is allowed to slowly and naturally rise. We never freeze our dough or truck it in from a factory. Our crispy thin crust comes from dough which has been properly handled and stone baked to perfection. At Chanticlear Pizza we don’t add sugar to our sauce. Our pizza sauce is packed from tomatoes that have reached vine-ripened perfection to capture their sweet garden flavor.
