CHAISE Cardio 45 (45 min)
This 45 minute class mixes moves from CHAISE Reinvention with four unique cardio intervals. You'll be doing everything from dance infused cardio movements to classic squats and jumping jacks. CHAISE BandsSculpt (45 min)
3 levels of resistance bands. 1 Mat. Those are the only things you'll need to feel the burn in this class. In CHAISE BandsSculpt you will continually engage your core while sculpting and lengthening the entire body. Blending Pilates and ballet movements you will work in a slower controlled pace to target each muscle group. Your muscles will feel well defined and stronger after just one class! all levels sneakers required.
