Pastry Chef Antoine Cantal
27 Year old head pastry chef originally from the Paris area of France. Cooking fanatic since a young age, he obtained his hotelier baccalaureate and his pastry CAP at the Gregoire Ferrandi cooking school in Paris. After having acquired his training with Jean-Marc Romary in the Val d'Oise, Antoine took a job at the Maison Bauget in Maisons-Laffitte (Yvelines) for 6 years. Wanting to follow his passion for traveling, Antoine moved to Sarasota in hopes to make his clients at C'est La Vie travel with his pastries.
His travels then took him to C'est La Vie.
Searching more travel. Jérôme found Club Med in 2004 and worked for 7 years as a Pastry chef in numerous of the Club Med resort in France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Turks and Caicos Islands, Sicilia, Portugal, Guadeloupe before returning again to Sarasota and C'est La Vie
