HIIT + Core
All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. Heads up: Sneakers Required...HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training - the most effective type of training to lose fat while increasing cardiovascular health in the shortest time possible. Short bursts High Intensity exercises are combined with rest to create a hormonal change that burns fat both during the workout and for up to 72 hours after due to the Afterburn Effect. Add CORE training and you've got yourself a killer workout that will help tone your entire body and get you those great abs you've been looking for!

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. A Zumba Fitness Party combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

At Centre Fitness, we place an emphasis on cardio as well as incorporating light dumbbells, ankle weights and resistance bands. Designed to provide a whole body workout in a mere 55 minutes, our classes are created to strengthen and lengthen arms, abs, thighs and glutes. Formulated to give you a dancer's body - slender, toned and strong yet without unwanted bulk - aerobic and anaerobic exercises work in tandem to offer a comprehensive, results-driven total body workout. When you Earn Your Burn with us at the barre, you will quickly achieve your fitness goals! Socks required for this class. Shoes required and gloves recommended.
All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. Learn kickboxing from Jose Ortega. This is the real deal, high impact cardio boot camp mixed in with Muay Thai drills. Jose stresses a lot of technique and this class will test your fitness level. Wear shoes, be prepared to sweat, and if you find you like it, you'll want to get some boxing gloves (12-16oz) to take your workout to the next level.
AB & Booty Sculpt
All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. Sculpted abs? Check. Rounded booty? Check. This is the class for you! This class uses focused exercises and movements to help you get the "rear view" and mid-section you've been working toward!!.
Hip Hop Cardio & Tone
All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. Join Tamar for Hip Hop Tone & Sculpt and enjoy a wonderful blend of low-impact movement, free weights, mat work, and yoga to tone and strengthen your body and uplift your spirits. This class comes with a fun soundtrack that mixes classic and contemporary hip hop! The class begins with a light dance cardio warm up before a focus on conditioning and toning the muscles with a variety of moves pairing free weights and your own body's strength. After that, it's a regenerative cool down and stretch that incorporates yoga and breath work. The class can be done wearing shoes or barefoot. Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!!.
All Centre Fitness classes are 18+ only. This is a twist on Gabriel's original Iso Sculpt + Power. In this class we focus on isometric holds (time under tension) to strengthen the core as well as sculpting moves to tone the body.
All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. This Mat Pilates class utilizes the mind-body-breath connection to increase strength, stability, flexibility, balance and range of motion! With a dedicated focus on proper body alignment and breathing technique, this class is a great way to not only develop muscular endurance but also improve general coordination, mobility, and body awareness. The class concludes with a brief meditation. This class requires socks or bare feet.
All Centre Fitness classes require participants to be 18 years of age or over. Strength Revolution is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body, with a focus on muscles used in everyday activities. This class will use both resistance bands and weights, as well as body weight exercises. And keep an eye out for Samara's "Arm Dance" burn-outs that are known to pop up to really finish off those upper body muscles!.
All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. This Bollywood-inspired dance fitness program combines exhilarating choreography and calorie-burning workouts with upbeat music from around the world. All levels welcome.
Arms & Abs
This class uses resistance bands to tone the shoulders, biceps, and triceps and then rounds out each set with a focus on the core. Cardio breaks in between sets keeps the heart rate pumping and those calories burning! Shoes recommended for this class (Y'all know Emily loves those bare feet, but sometimes you just gotta have shoes!).
Deep Focus + Flexibility
All Centre Fitness classes are 18+ only. This class is all about taking care of the mind and the body! The class consists of a 40-minute full body stretch, focusing on flexibility from head to toe, and ends with a 15-minute guided meditation. Let go of the tension in both your body and your mind with Deep Focus + Flexibility!.
80's Tone & Sculpt

All Centre Fitness classes require you to be 18+ years of age to participate. Mat Pilates Glow takes the typical Pilates combination class and turns up the tempo!! Some of your favorite flows and moving postures from Emily's Mat Pilates classes at a cardio pace. Designed to strengthen your core, tone and lengthen your muscles, and get your heart rate up, this class is great for all fitness levels. Class can be taken barefoot or with grip socks.
Cardio Kick w/ Leg Sculpt
All Centre Fitness classes are 18 and over only. Really get those legs BURNING! Gabriel uses cardio-intensity kicks as well as the leg sculpting exercises he uses to help his personal training clients achieve results in this class that will have your legs on fire! Get the large muscles in the body working for you to really up your calorie burn and sculpt the definition you've been wanting! This class requires athletic shoes/sneakers.
