Tricia feels blessed to be able to combine her two passions of yoga and teaching. She is a certified special education teacher and has over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. Her yoga practice began nine years ago and has been a mainstay ever since. While teaching English in Korea, she began implementing yoga into her classes and quickly realized that taking 'yoga breaks' helped students to refocus and re-energize. Her desire to bring yoga to children and teens brought her to the comprehensive YogaKids training program. She now is certified by YogaKids International and teaches yoga in schools, homes and community centers around the Seattle area.
