yoga assumes that each person is unique and that we need to understand the individual's current condition, needs, and personal potential, and then appropriately apply the yoga techniques to aid them. some issues for which yoga therapy can be helpful: low back, shoulder, or hip pain, sciatica, high blood pressure, constipation, ibs, asthma, arthritis, anxiety, and depression, just to name a few.

Craniosacral Therapy

stephanie has been practicing craniosacral therapy (cst) since 2003. craniosacral therapy is a light touch modality where her hands are placed on your body as she "listens" and waits for the restrictions to release - sometimes causing a ripple effect while other restrictions release as well. craniosacral therapy is very helpful for conditions such as headaches, back pain, joint pain, tmj, and past trauma

Entering our twelfth year, we offer yoga classes in many styles and levels as well as extensive Pilates offerings. Our 4000 square foot Center has three fully equipped studios and offers a wide variety of classes, over 40 each week, taught by experienced, well trained teachers. We are confident that you can find a class that meets your individual needs.The Center for Yoga is dedicated to the traditional practices of Yoga, taught with integrity and skill. Our intention is to provide the community with a safe and supportive environment for learning, sharing, and healing.
