1655 Gruyere (Fromagerie Le Cret, Fribourg Switzerland)
1655's producers use a salt from a source that is 200 million years old. The cows graze on mountainside pastures, giving the cheese a unique earthy flavor. Its paste is the color of butterscotch, and its texture is firm, dense and slightly flaky.

Wine Club
Cellar twenty four (C24) Monthly Wine Club is a monthly membership club intended to introduce you to wines from around the globe.
Members will receive 2 bottles of hand-selected wine each month. These wines will follow the C24 selection procedure and be smaller production from around the globe. These wines will only be available to C24 Wine Club Members initially, but may be released for general public purchase 30 days from the date of the wine club. Your wine club selections can be picked up at C24 beginning on the 17th or 26th day of each month depending on which club you belong to.
Wine Club Members are entitled to the benefits of 10% off retail purchases taken home and 15% off all case purchases (mixed cases also available).
Wine Club Members also enjoy the benefits of discounts on selected tastings, classes and special events. Wine Club Members will be the first notified of the classes so you can secure a spot.
Wine Club Selections
Wine Club selections must be picked up from C24 within 15 days of the date of the wine club or the wines may be donated to local charity functions unless other arrangements were made with C24 Management.

Two Bottle Membership
$40 plus tax billed on the 24th of each month- some exceptions such as holidays apply. Your choice of Red/ Red or Red/White. Membership cancellation requires a 30 day written notice by the member.
C24 Wine Club Membership
$60 plus tax billed on the 15th of each month- some exceptions such as holidays apply. These are a higher end wines than the $40 membership. Red/Red or Red/White.
Magnum/Cuvee Club
$90 plus tax billed on the 15th of the month every month These are our upper echelon wines.
