About Us
Mexican cuisine comes in many forms and styles dependent on location and tradition. Our style is derived from traditional methods and recipes originating in the Mexican state of Jalisco, specifically a small town known as Los Reyes. It was here that our cuisine had its origins and has become what it is today. Although the old ways of preparing the dishes has evolved to incorporate new ingredients and local flavors we remain true to our old traditions while at the same time adapting to satisfy local tastes.
