At Costa Rican food in the PNW. Homemade gallo pinto, smoked chicken, & arroz con pollo. A little taste of Costa Rica. Pura Vida! Costa Rican cuisine is not based on spicy foods but rather on flavor. The family enjoys a good meal and will not sell anything we wouldn't eat ourselves. We are working on building our rotisserie oven and hopefully soon we will be able to build it and finalize our menu, since our current kitchen has it's limitations, we still need to add the typical "gallo pinto" or "arroz con pollo" which are very popular Costa Rican dishes.
