We have long believed that solving a particular issue does not always solve the problem. We're not here to sell you something, be it time or hardware. What we want to do is solve your problem, whether it's a simple cable tv problem or the network infrastructure for your office.
When we approach a problem, we look at everything around it, not just the symptom. There is typically something more to even the simplest issues. In the end, the problem will be fixed, but you may find that there are other underlying issues that need to be addressed. That's why we don't just come in and fix the symptom.
We always look at problems from the business perspective. In the long run it makes much more sense to solve the business problem with the right technology instead of trying to sell the latest gadget.
