The restaurant continues a truly family tradition since it was started by Alberto Heredia, is now owned by his son Clemente and don’t be suprised to find Clemente’s children working hard in the restaurant. The family has grown into 4 generations now and so has the restaurant. What was once a small restaurant in Roseville, California has now expanded and grown into one of the best known and respected businesses in the Sacramento area. This business could be best described as the backbone of the Heredia family. The Heredia family is fully involved in running the restaurant in its day to day operations.
