Perfectly seasoned steaks and fresh caught seafood are king here, prepared to your liking or, try the house specialty " Steak on a Stone". Stone cooking, where the customer cooks their meal at their table, is actually an ancient cooking method, offering you an inspired, healthy and environmentally conscious way of cooking at your table. "The stone is a 750 degree piece of granite inserted into a wooden serving board. On the stone, you cook your own steak or seafood, one morsel at a time. The stone stays hot for 50 minutes, so your first bite is as good as your last", the Captain proudly says.
Signature dishes include; the tender peppercorn filet mignon with melted aged provolone cheese, mouth watering buffalo style calamari or scallops, steak and seafood combinations, and the smashed potatoes.
