Duration: 75 min; Free; Capoeira is a traditional form of Brazilian martial arts performed inside of a circular formation of people called a roda. In this high energy class you'll learn to be a member of the roda and help set the rhythm, style and energy of the Capoeira taking place. You'll learn the ins and outs of the instruments that make up the roda ensemble, like the berimbau, the pandeiro, the agogo, the reco-reco and the atabaque. Traditionally you'll also experience the sections of the roda performance, like the Ladainha, the Louvacao and the Corridos.
