We designed our 30,000 square foot fitness facility with your comfort and convenience in mind.
We're sure you will agree! A basic membership includes features like group fitness classes, top of the line strength training equipment and cardio machines as well as access to our infrared sauna and salt water pool. Plus you get our full sized gym with full-sized basketball court!
Ask us about membership discounts for Active Military, Teaching or Medical Professional and Police and EMS.
Individuals in these groups can save 50% off orientation fees.

With 3 premier level membership plans to choose from, we're sure you will find one to match your needs. And, unlike some gyms, we don't lock you into an annual contract. In fact, there is no annual contract with our memberships!

Space available for 30 kids. A fun filled week of sports and games. Basketball, softball, kickball ect. Be ready to play outdoors. Wear your tennis shoes, sunscreen and hat. Don't forget your water bottle.

From weights to water we have it all. Cape Carteret Aquatic & Wellness Center is a full service gym. Our facility is packed with strength, cardio, and free weight equipment. Our aquatic area has a 25 yard short course competition heated pool, 14 person hot tub, and a 10 person steam room. But best of all and above all we have professional and courteous trainers, ready and willing to help with your fitness needs.
