Our wood-fired grill and rotisserie is the central element in all our cooking. We take the freshest chickens, marinate them in natural citrus, herbs, and spices, then rotate them slowly over a wood fire. Our ribs, tri tip steak and all of our featured entrees are wood grilled, even the fresh vegetables.
