Tonno e Pomodoro - (Tuna, Tomato, Lettuce, Mayo), Bresaola - (Cured beef, arugula, parmigiano reggiano, mayo), Insalata Russa - (Carrots, potatoes, peas, mayo), Salmone - (Smoked salmon, capers, mascarpone, onions), and many other combinations, but these are a few we will offer on rotation with others.
