Dos Toros started with Leo and Oliver Kremer, two brothers from the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up, we ate at our favorite taqueria eight days a week. So it was a rude awakening for us to come east and realize that the same stuff simply wasn't available. Perhaps recklessly, we decided to do something about it. The menu is short and sweet, so you can spend more time eating and less time trying to figure out what to order. And don't be afraid to make substitutions -- we know that just because we flip out over guacamole doesn't mean you do too. But try the guacamole.
