Caballo Blanco (which means white horse in Spanish) is an institution in the Sacramento restaurant scene. Established in 1961 by the Familia Unzueta, the restaurant, in its original location, is still family-owned today while a third-generation begins to learn the family-craft.
Nearly Fifty-years later, Caballo Blanco continues to be known for fresh, traditional Mexican Cooking. Owners Ruben and Roy Unzueta along with other family members continue to add their own creative-flair to the menu making Caballo Blanco a unique dining experience for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
