Our version of the traditional....C CASA tortilla chips topped with black beans slow-cooked with chorizo and goat cheese, white beans or 1/2 and 1/2. Finished with pico de gallo, artisan goat cheese, chipotle aioli and cilantro. Housemade Guacamole and Chips

Tacos and Tostadas C Style
Our reimagined tacos are larger than traditional street tacos at about 6" in size (1 of ours is equal to 2-3 street tacos). Served open face and artfully constructed, they're nutrient-packed and layered with flavor, using microgreens, fresh fruits, vegetables, housemade aiolis and cremas, artisan cheeses, rotisserie meats and grilled seafood. Our handmade tortillas are crafted from 100% USA grown, non-GMO, organic white corn and everything is 100% gluten free.

Ours are crafted with handmade, non-GMO, organic corn tortillas and a blend of artisan goat and Oaxacan cheeses. Accompanied by C CASA tortilla chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli and cilantro. All are 100% Gluten Free! Available without goat cheese. Our food is best eaten fresh at the restaurant. We recommend warming your quesadilla in the microwave for 30 seconds upon receiving.

We take great pride in locally sourcing our all-natural poultry. Raised on Northern California farms on 100% vegetarian diets, antibiotic and hormone-free. No additional solutions are added. We prepare them simply with 2 different house-made rubs and roast them on our French-made rotisseries.
