Vegan Burgers
For our vegan burgers we use the same techniques as our meat burgers. The main differences are we use Beyond Meat Vegan Patties, Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese, and our own Secret Vegan Spread made in house. Also the vegan katsu is breaded without eggs and instead is dipped into vegan tempura batter and then the nama panko breadcrumbs. All Vegan Burgers can be made vegetarian by subbing in American cheese and our house made spread sauce
