Burger Bar lets customers choose from some of the finest ingredients such as Kobe beef, turkey, fresh vegetables and even lobster, not to mention a wide array of accoutrements like black truffles, foie gras and grilled shrimp to create a truly unique “burger.” To top it all off, Burger Bar features several desserts including the mouth-watering “Sweet Burgers,” made with a variety of delectable fillings like cheesecake and chocolate ganache between a warm doughnut “bun.” Burger Bar-Saint Louis is Chef Keller’s second location.
