About Us
My Buddy is actually back to work after 9 years of absence. The restaurant was originally the brainchild of him and his Uncle (Bill) who was a retired chef. Well unfortunately Uncle Bill had to retire due to health issues, and Buddy did not have the time to commit to it full time. He sold the restaurant to a great family, Eddie Karo, and Aida, who added Greek style food to the menu. Gyros, Hummus etc. They expanded the menu to attract people from all ethnicities. After several years of success, Karo had to retire also due to health reasons, and sold the restaurant to another family who kept it for a short time, and realized they did not want to be in the business.
