Reviewed October 15, 2013. We really enjoyed our meal ! Eggplant appetizer was 4 slices, a bit pricey, but fresh and delicious! I had a spinach lasagna & my husband a light angel hair pasta tossed in olive oil and herbs, they both came with salads and plenty of warm Italian bread!! Great!! The table next to us had ordered a large pizza & asked if we wanted a slice -- it was too much for them to eat, we accepted, it was awesome!! Very nice place !
A Hidden Gem…
Reviewed July 13, 2013. My husband and I frequented this restaurant several years ago, but for whatever reason, we haven't been in quite some time. After our meal last night, we are asking ourselves WHY we stopped going. Our server was attentive, pleasant and timed out the food delivery perfectly. You could also tell from her interaction with surrounding customers that she truly enjoyed her job. Our dinner included the Penne Calabrese Arrabiata and the Filleto di Vincenzo (beef tenderloin wrapped with pancetta, pan seared with a mushroom demi-glace and served over angel hair pasta in a pesto cream sauce). Both were superb! After a meal like that, there was certainly no room left for dessert, but I cannot walk out of this restaurant without having the caramel pie...so we got it to go! :)It is difficult to find good restaurants in Memphis without traveling all the way downtown. Our city is overrun with chain restaurants so I love to patronize restaurants like Brooklyn Bridge. We will certainly be visiting with the Correale family more often!

Reviewed February 16, 2013. We had been searching for a good local Italian restaurant and came across Brooklyn Bridge. We have not been disappointed. The restaurant is family operated and service is great. The food is excellent and the menu is large, which makes choosing a challenge. Try not to over eat because all of the desserts are homemade including the ice cream.

Reviewed March 15, 2013. Looking for nice meal after working late. Got the tried and true Chicken Marsala, with side salad and side pasta. More than ample portions accompanied by decent Italian bread and dipping sauce. The service was attentive and good. Better than average wine selection at competitive prices. Best Italian food in Germantown (and Memphis).
