If you know anything about our Head Brewer Charlie's brewing career, you know he has lots of experience and love for wild peach beers. This continues with our release of Dayton, named after where we get our peaches from (Baird Family Orchards). This farmhouse ale spent 10 months in stainless where it went through secondary fermentation with our house Brett blend and over 80lb/bbl of juicy peaches and then keg conditioned for all the good bubbles. Lots of peach, but dry and funky with great mouthfeel.
