Well Judo, a modern Japanese martial art and combat sport that originated in the late nineteenth century, means "gentle way." In this class, you'll be introduced to Judo's fundamental techniques, including throwing, grappling, and striking movements to enable you to take down any opponent not so gently, of course. Then, gain the tools to immobilize or subdue any threat with grappling maneuvers. Practice on being able to use strategic force to submit your opponent by joint locking the elbow or by applying a choke. The tools you will learn in this class will last a fighting lifetime!

Duration: 1 hour; Free. Hey "Jabroni"! I know the couch is pretty comfortable to lay on, but (unfortunately) it's not really an effective approach to get in shape. However, wrestling sure is! Come experience the workout of your life with a class on wrestling! Discover foundational wrestling moves like clinches, throws, and takedowns. Learn a new sport that will test your limits as you improve your muscle strength, endurance, and confidence. After mastering your new craft through practicing live drills and takedowns, maybe you'll even be ready to show The Rock who the real 'Jabroni' is in this relationship.
