Our continued goal at Briquettes is to provide our guests with a second-to-none authentic BBQ experience. Great care goes into selecting the most flavorful and wholesome cuts of meat in order to encompass a wide variety of flavor profiles and textures. In addition to our already famous BBQ, we also offer fresh-squeezed lemonade, homemade sweet tea, and spindle-made malted milkshakes. All of our food is prepared in-house from scratch. Our meats are smoked in-house, low and slow over seasoned cherry for a soft, pleasant smoke flavor.
Our staff is fun-loving and attentive, and our commitment to improving our community in any way possible is steadfast.
