Brik is Denver’s newest wine bar located in the Wyman Historic District on Colfax and York. The owner, Travis Gee, eloquently bridges the gap between Old World and New World concepts by combining his travels, love of wine and personal experiences under one roof. Through his vision, Travis creates a guest experience that is as much about decadent wine and delicious food as it is about the ambiance.
The objective of Brik is to provide region-specific wine and food parings, tasting events, and educational experiences as well as hosting live music and local artists. The essence of Brik is honoring the past and bringing passion to every aspect, from the location to the food to the wine.
Brik features an open-kitchen with an authentic wood-fired oven imported from Italy. The menu features Neapolitan Pizzas, artisan charcuterie and cheese platters, antipasti, fresh salads, and tapas featuring local, organic, seasonal and exotic ingredients. Brik, to the best of abilities, accommodates all guest’s allergies, preferences and dining customs.
