For every one of our members, we have a specific roadmap. Random, chaotic, one-size-fits-all workouts without direction aren’t going to help you reach your goal. Class #1: Burn Baby Burn! (Formerly Metabolic)
Ready to rev up your metabolism? THIS is the class for you! Our high-energy class will have you burning fat up to 72 hours after you're done training. Get ready to burn fat around the clock!
Class #2: Total Body
The science is clear. Fat loss is not just about burning fat, it is about turning on and turning up the volume. Our total body workout takes that axe you’ve been using to chop fat and replaces it with a chainsaw! By challenging all your movement patterns in a non-stop, upper to lower body flow, we will maximize your anaerobic system to truly lean and sculpt your problem areas. You will be left sore in the buns and core, but know that you will be burning more fat than ever from the inside out!
Class #3: Tune-up
The QUALITY of your movement is much more important than the quantity. And when your movement quality is top-notch, you burn more calories! This class gives you an opportunity to "fine tune" the most essential movements. If you are looking to get your sweat on while learning to move better, this class is for you.

if we are not the club for you, simply walk away and you will be under no further obligation. Annual Membership Options
Memberships are billed with EFT/Credit Card and are a 12-month agreement. First payment due at the END of the first month of membership – billed monthly thereafter.

$179 per month x 12 months. This membership is recommended if you do not have any special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require you have a specific program designed for you.

Brik Fitness is a fitness and nutrition coaching practice that has served the South Bay since 2005. Brik Fitness offers Semi-Private Training and Group Metabolic Classes.
