Wagave Fruited Mexican Lager

We teamed up with Shine Beer Sanctuary to bring the people one dangerously tasty lager to welcome summer in. We built of our Mexican lager base then brought in 50lbs of agave syrup to replace some of the fermentables. Post fermentation this beer conditioned on watermelon, hibiscus and lime to add wonderful sweet melon and herbal notes with just enough acidity to balance it all out. 5.3 abv / 16 ibu
