In the winter of 2004, I was walking down 31st St in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago when I noticed a FOR LEASE sign in the window of this beautiful, old, corner storefront. I thought, "what a great spot for a coffee shop." My best friends Tom and Ed agreed. Over the next few months we converted this amazing space into the BRIDGEPORT COFFEE HOUSE.
