Draft List
Campfire Stout, Stout - American 6.5% ABV 38 IBU High Water, Brewing Lodi, CA
Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!
Marmalade, Sour - Other 7.5% ABV Barrel Brothers Brewing Company, Windsor, CA
Damnation, Belgian Strong Golden Ale 7.75% ABV 29 IBU Russian River Brewing Company, Windsor, CA
Damnation has extraordinary aromas of banana and pear with mouth filling flavors of sweet malt and earthy hops. The lingering finish is dry and slightly bitter but very, very smooth
Strawberry Rhubarb, Cider - Other Fruit 5.3% ABV Embark Craft Ciderworks, Williamson, NY
High Peachtess, Sour - Fruited 5% ABV Cooperage Brewing Company, Santa Rosa, CA
Kettle Sour with 2000 lbs of peaches.
Mythic Worlds IPA - American 7.5% ABV 50 IBU Modern Times Beer, San Diego, CA
Brewed with Galaxy, Motueka, Mosaic, and Experimental Hop 06277
Suck it Trebek, Scottish Ale 6.2% ABV 30 IBU Barrel Brothers Brewing Company, Windsor, CA
If there was such a beer that embodied "Sean Connery" from SNL Jeopardy, it'd be this one. Malty-sweet, lightly smoked and stern, stern by fair
Killa' Whale, Porter - American 6% ABV 30 IBU Cooperage Brewing Company, Santa Rosa, CA
Palisade and Chinook Hops
Sottile Red, Red Ale - Imperial / Double 6.8% ABV 58 IBU Sonoma Springs Brewing Co., Sonoma, CA
This beer was brewed in partnership with the Sonoma Volunteer Firefighters Association for their bravery and continuing support of the community in which we live. Without their civic duty and protection from the blazing inferno that started almost a year ago at the Riverside Center, we may not still be here today, offering this Double Red Ale as a thank you for their service. This American-style Red Ale is full bodied with a lingering malt finish. The malted grains begin with a spicy rye flavor on the front palate and round out in notes of plum, prunes and subtle orange. These residual fruit flavors are created mainly from a Dark Crystal malt and balanced with hops that range from herbal to pepper like aromas
Blood Junkie, Red Ale - Imperial / Double 8.7% ABV 70 IBU Three Weavers Brewing Company, Inglewood, CA
From our ears to your glass, Blood Junkie is a ruby-hued Imperial Red Ale, brewed in collaboration with our hop obsessed, heavy metal friends at Prosthetic Records In Inglewood, California. Big and malt-driven, yet dry and balanced with a bright hop finish, Blood Junkie will have you throwing horns. Brewed and bottle by Three Weavers Brewing Company, Inglewood, California
Grounds for Termination, Stout - Coffee 5.6% ABV 25 IBU Seismic Brewing, Santa Rosa, CA
This is a collaboration between Seismic Brewers and the Master Roasters at Bella Rosa Coffee Company. The base beer is an oatmeal stout with layers of specialty malts and 10% oats for viscosity and texture. Working closely with Bella Rosa, we selected a coffee bean and custom air-roasting profile to compliment the beer. This special roast was then cold brewed at Seismic and blended with the oatmeal stout. Why air-roasting? Why cold brew? To reduce the bitter and sour off-flavors from coffee that could make the beer taste harsh. (Boo, quinic and chlorogenic acids – yay, beer!) The result is rich, smooth, roasty, and creamy; a really nice marriage of coffee and beer flavors
Break Apart, Cream Ale 5.4% ABV High Water Brewing, Lodi, CA
Break apart. Orange. Chocolate. Cream ale. The same thing as Sunshine Daydream.
The Walrus is Paul IPA - American 6.7% ABV Henhouse Brewing Company, Petaluma, CA
The Walrus is Paul is a hella delicious combo of Centennial (pine and ruby red grapefruit) and Pacific Jade (papaya and d-d-d-dank) that will delight the senses and fill your cup to the brim
Epiphany Red Ale, Red Ale - American Amber / Red 6% ABV 40 IBU Iron Springs Pub & Brewery, Fairfax, CA
Winner, Bronze Award, 2006 World Beer Cup, American-Style Amber/red Ale. Winner, Gold Award, 2016 World Beer Cup, American-Style Amber/red Ale. Ready for an Epiphany?! A Pacific Northwest hoppy amber ale with floral and citrus aromas.
Brewsters 'Incubator' IPA, IPA - American 6.3% ABV Napa Smith Brewery, Vallejo, CA
Brewsters Beer Garden & restaurant sits on the site of the old Petaluma Incubator factory, whose technology put Petaluma on the map as the "egg capital of the world". Light, crisp malt characteristics with floral aromatics and careful bitterness
Mighty Dry, Cider - Dry 6.9% ABV Golden State Cider, Sebastopol, CA
Mighty Dry is a champagne-like cider that pairs perfectly with any moment of the day. It's just dry enough. It's perfectly balanced, and crispy (if not crispier) as biting into a freshly picked apple. Pairs greatly with pork, shellfish, fried plantains, or savory veggie dishes
Beer Garden IPA, IPA- New England 6.6% ABV 60 IBU Bear Republic Brewing Co., Rohnert Park, CA
This 100% Centennial hopped IPA is the perfect complement to spending hours in the beer garden with friends and family. Ashbourne mild, crystal and rye malts give this beer a touch of complexity. But like a good friend this beer does not dominate the atmosphere but rather compliments it
