The Brett’s BBQ motto is "If It’s Not Smoked, It’s Not Barbecue", and we stand by this claim whole-heartedly. In order to achieve that authentic Southern BBQ flavor, we have hickory wood shipped in from out of state, and smoke the meat right here in our kitchen. All of our meats are hand rubbed with our special blend of spices, then slow-cooked in the smoker for up to 16 hours. To finish it off we add our all-original Brett’s BBQ Sauce which we make daily from scratch. In fact, virtually everything on our menu is made from scratch onsite at the restaurant. Juicy, tender beef & chicken, flavorful pork, meaty ribs, fresh salad, and a generous list of hearty appetizers will delight even the most discerning of BBQ connoisseurs. And make sure to leave room for desert because our down home bread pudding served with a delectable whiskey sauce should not be missed.
