Breadworks always enjoyed bread in its many forms. Ever since we left France, we have been in search of the best baguette you can buy. To our delight, our executive chef for the Bridges Wine Bar, Sal Fernandez, loved the idea of establishing a bakery within Greencastle as a center for creative excellence. There are two main focuses of BreadWorks overall concept and design. One focus, is artisan baguettes, multigrain loaves and sourdoughs. The other focus is doughnuts, crepes and creative pastries. As a team we strive to provide our guests with amazing baked products that can be hard to find here in Greencastle.
