At Bread & Honey Cafe we make a number of savory pastries including kolaches, spanakopita, frittatas, empanadas, galettes and sfeeha
Kolaches
Kolaches (co-la-chee) are savory pastries that some say originated in the Czech Republic. Our Northwest take on the Kolache is made with Zenner's Sausage Company sausage, and a sweet yeasted dough that is brushed with honey! One last thing – our Kolaches also go great with one of the craft beers that we have on tap!
Sfeeha
Sfeeha is a Mediterranean meat pie that some say originated in Lebanon. The sfeeha pictured above is a beef sfeeha is made with toasted walnuts, golden raisins, cilantro, onions, allspice, and yogurt!

The Bread & Honey Cafe was started by two Oregonians with the desire to share their love of simple, healthy, and delicious food. We believe that food doesn't have to be complicated to taste fantastic, and that the simpler it is, the better you will feel eating it.
