Bosphorus Mediterranean Restaurant features traditional Turkish food under the guidance of Executive Chef Yahya Erdogan, President and member of the Istanbul Professional Cooks Association of Turkey. He has represented the country of Turkey in International conventions sponsored by the Promotion Foundation of Turkey since 1987. He has been a chef for over 40 years and he has won 26 Medals, 28 Certificates and 55 Plaques to recognize his achievements in cooking.
