Made in limited quantities, the Landmark wines are sourced from 100% Maryland grown grapes, principally from Boordy's estate vineyards in the Long Green Valley of Baltimore County and South Mountain Vineyard in Frederick County.

Landmark Reserve 2013

Body: Full; Aging: French oak; Finish: Dry. This full-bodied wine is a blend of the five red varieties that are meticulously grown at our South Mountain Vineyards. Landmark Reserve has been aged in French oak barrels for eighteen months. It boasts aromas of dark cherry, cocoa and tobacco leaf, with a silky, nutty finish. Suggested foods: Beef Wellington, braised veal shank with mushrooms, pasta and morels, foie gras, coq au vin, firm mellow cheeses.

South Mountain Red 2014

A medium-light bodied red blend with the aromatic allure of black cherry, cassis and a hint of vanilla with a silky smooth finish. Suggested foods: Rustic breads, artisanal cheeses, stews, grilled burgers, and pizza.
Body: Medium; Fermentation & Aging: French oak; Finish: Dry. This rich, complex wine is made exclusively from new plantings of Chardonnay at our South Mountain Vineyard. Aged in one and two year French oak barrels for five months, the Chardonnay Reserve shows initial notes of pineapple, grapefruit and lime; then opening up to aromas of apricot and kiwi after some time in the glass. Balanced acidity with citrus flavors and a long, creamy finish. 325 cases produced. Suggested foods: cream sauces, turkey, shrimp, lobster, soft cheeses and rustic bread.
