Students attending this course will experience break a sweat, tone your muscles, lose weight, and most importantly, gain the figure they have always been wanted! In this class, students will get ready for an intense 1 hour outdoor workout consisting of drills, toning exercises, core work, hill sprinting, and anything else I throw at you.
