The smoky, fired-up steak and BBQ flavor of Boneyard Grill in Guthrie, OK is the creation of owners Ralph Mann and Wayne Machtolff.Veteran chefs who have successfully launched 5 different concept restaurants – including Italian, steak and seafood, and Mexican eateries – they decided to go back to basics when they joined forces to create Boneyard Grill.As professional chefs with almost 20 years of experience between them, Ralph and Wayne insist on serving fresh food and make everything themselves. There is nothing pre-done, pre-boxed, or pre-made on the menu.Barbecue sauce is always homemade. Steaks are always hand carved and smoked in house. In addition, desserts are always made from scratch. If it wasn’t made on the premises, you won’t find it on the menu.
