Crossfit Masters
Increase mobility, build strength and join a community of supportive, encouraging peers, while getting a great workout in this group class tailored for individuals over 50. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual, while measuring progress and teaching new skills.
Fit Kids!
Tailored for kids age 8-15, our Fit Kids! program consists of constantly varied workouts with a big emphasis on FUN. Burn energy, build strength and set your child up for a lifetime of healthy habits in this group class, programmed with light weights, body movements and games. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual child, while encouraging progress and teaching new skills.
Personal Training
Want to work on a specific skill? Work odd hours? Prefer to train alone? Many of our coaches offer personal training services in addition to our group classes. Whether you are a Boise CrossFit members, someone who wants personal coaching on a specific skill or just want to work 1-on-1 with a coach, we're ready to help.
On Ramp
Learn the fundamentals in an unintimidating small group or 1-on-1 setting. Designed to teach you the essentials, our On-Ramp session will prepare you to join a group CrossFit class. You'll leave this short program feeling confident and excited, ready to train with your peers.
Crossfit
Led by a certified coach, these group classes are focused on constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Every workout is different, but your experience will be the same: great coaching, demonstration and skill work and a supportive community.
What is Crossfit?
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

At Boise CrossFit we have a very different attitude compared to many other CrossFit gyms. Our priority is technique and safety. Our trainers will COACH you, not yell at you to move faster or try and get you to do something you don't want to do. We combine the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, plyometrics and Cardio. There isn't a strength and conditioning program anywhere in the world that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. This is the reason there are CrossFit Gyms all over the world.
