Massage therapy is a powerful tool in helping to restore balance to an otherwise stressful life. Each of our therapists are fully certified, each with their own unique style to fit a variety of needs. Whether you are simply looking to relax or in need of a true therapeutic treatment, our spa coordinators will help find the therapist to best suit your needs. Being properly hydrated before and after your massage service is highly recommended.
With an emphasis on relaxation and stress reduction, this classic technique is used to relax tense muscles, detoxify the body and rejuvenate the mind. Light to medium pressure is adjusted to suit your needs.
This technique uses slow, deep movements to release tension, aid in scar tissue reduction, and increase range of motion. Not recommended for a first time massage experience.
Massage can reduce many normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy. The prego-pillow or side-lying techniques are used to ensure comfort throughout.
Signature Cooling Detox Masque
A cooling, mineral rich masque is applied to draw impurities from the skin, then removed with steamed towels. Can be added to any massage service to provide additional tension relief. Highly recommended with deep tissue due to inflammation reducing properties. Back or feet application
The Body Polish
After the body has been gently cleansed, a sugar scrub infused with a custom blend of stress relieving essential oils is applied to gently polish away dull skin, while a nourishing lotion application hydrates and relaxes. Benefits include increased cell turn-over and improved circulation which combine to reveal the soft, glowing skin beneath. (55 minutes with optional sauna use)
The Head to Toe
Designed to focus on regions of the body which cause you the most tension, the massage is concentrated on the area of your choice with an additional 30 minutes focused on stimulating the circulation and relieving aches in your feet.
Pure essential oils are the quintessential life force of aromatic plants, sometimes called the "soul" of the plant. They absorb into the fluid surrounding the cells beneath the skin's surface for a variety of effects including deep cleansing, nourishing, rejuvenating and balancing. Your choice of essential oil may be added to any massage at no extra cost. Complimentary with all massage services. The following holistic healing services are not offered by every technician, as they require practitioners to be specially trained and certified. Due to this, appoinments may be limited and booking in advance is recommended.
Reiki Energy Therapy
Reiki is an ancient japanese healing art involving the transfer of energy from practitioner to patient. It is administered by "laying on hands" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life. The balancing of energy enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself and reduces stress through the restoration of the natural life force energy within the body.
A healing art based upon a theory that specific points in the feet correspond to all organs and glands in the body. Pressure applied to these points helps to achieve internal balance by breaking down energy blockage and promoting overall health. Includes our signature steam towel foot wrap.

How Should I Let My Hair Grow?
You should let your hair grow for at least 2 weeks for optimal results. Body hair should be about a half an inch, but the longer the hair is, the cleaner the results.
I Am on My Cycle Can I Still Get Waxed?
Yes, however if you are on your cycle please wear a tampon and be prepared to be a little more sensitive than usual.
I Am Pregnant, Can I Still Get Waxed?
Yes, although you may be slightly more sensitive than usual. We regularly wax mothers-to-be up to a week before their due date!
Will Medication Affect Waxing?
You cannot be waxed if you are taking any of the following: antibiotics, accutane, differin, or retin a. Additionally, any medications that list "sun sensitivity" on the list of symptoms will preclude you from being waxed. You should also avoid waxing while using glycolic acid, harsh exfoliants, or any facial peels for 24 hours prior to service. These products thin your skin making you more susceptible to burns or peeling. If you are unsure of how you may react from any other prescriptions you are taking, please give us a call so we can help you determine if you are able to get waxed.
What Is the Normal Skin Reaction to Waxing?
It is normal for your skin to show redness after waxing. Depending on skin sensitivity, reactions may range from no redness to very red. This typically subsides within a few hours.
What Is a Brazilian Wax?
The industry definition varies, but for us, it's everything from front to back! If we remove the labia hair it is a brazilian, regardless of what you leave or don't leave on top-be it a landing strip, a triangle, or nothing.
How Long Does Waxing Last?
Waxing typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks. The more you do it, the longer it will last. We recommend absolutely no shaving in that area between waxes. Shaving traumatizes the hair follicle and creates redness and in-grown hairs.
How Often Should I Wax?
We recommend anywhere from 3-6 weeks or when the hair is between 1/4 and 1/2 inch long.
Its My First Time, Are There Any Special Instructions?
If you are waxing for the first time, especially for an event or special occasion, we strongly recommend scheduling the same service 4 weeks prior to make sure you have no adverse reactions on the big day!
What Will I Be Wearing in the Treatment Room?
There is no need to disrobe if you are getting a brow wax or any other facial waxing done. Upper-body waxing may require the removal of your top. For bikini waxing, we provide disposable underwear. Additionally, if you are getting a brazilian, we provide a modesty drape prior to treatment.
