Signature Massage 75 Minute Combo
Our signature massage with that extra 15 minutes to pay extra attention to problem areas and receive a Relaxing Swedish with a combination of Deep Therapeutic where needed. Young Living Oils and some hot stones are added for the perfect Massage. $10 off first time clients

Swedish, Deep Therapeutic, Sports, Lymphatic & Prenatal
All our Massage is customized to your needs. All of our Massage includes some hot stones and some diffused aromatherapy. Swedish Massage is long movements towards the heart primarily for Relaxation. Deep Therapeutic Massage is therapeutic massage using modalities to release muscles and myofascia due to injuries, overuse, and stressed muscles. Sports Massage is focusing on the area of use or injury during a sport. Stretching is also used. Prenatal Massage is a sideline massage during the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Lymphatic Massage is a light rolling type of massage used to filter the lymphatics.

Hot Stone Massage
60 to 120 minute sessions adding hot stones through out the massage. We use placement stones as well as stones in our hands through out the massage. Can be used with Swedish or Deep Tissue massage.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage starting in your 2nd trimester. The massage will be done sideline with lots of pillows and pampering. Before 2nd trimester we will require a drs written consent. (1hr only)
Couples or Same Room Massage...24 hr notice
Couples, Sisters, Mother/Daughters, Father/Son, Friends can all take advantage of this massage all in the same room. Aromatherapy diffused in the room with a customized massage to both of your needs. Some hot stones will be added without charge.

Stretching
If you just have time to come get a great stretch on upper, lower, or specific problem area...come comfy and leave your clothes on or if you need extra stretching after your massage.
