AAA
A challenging 45 minute workout using multiple tools (battle ropes, TRX, weights, rowers, etc.) to target the abs, arms and ass.
The Core in 30
30 minute workout that will fit into your busy schedule hitting every angle of your core (front,back & sides).
Barre Vida
A vigorous barre workout for women and men that will increase your stamina, balance lengthens and sculpts your muscles.
Body Sculpt
Do you want to tone up? This chisel class focuses on endurance, conditioning, and strength based exercises by using weights, performing in sets and repetitions to the tempo of the music. Great for beginners or anyone who is new to resistance training.
Cardio Sculpt
A high energy total body workout that uses weights bursts of cardio movements that burns fat to help you to create lean muscle tone.
Core Circuit
This circuit class will help strengthen your core and sculpt your body with a blend aerobics, body weight and functional movement exercises (twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, lunging & squatting), using various fitness equipment. Modifications for all levels will be provided.
Cross Training
"One-stop" calorie burning workout, neatly packaged to include strength, stability, balance and agility exercises. The most fun you will have getting in shape.
Cycling (All LIVE classes require sign up in advance)
The ultimate cardio workout for all participants and fitness levels. Your heart will be pumping and calories will be burning to inspiring music in 45 minutes! Class designs will vary in individual, classes, such as music genre and roads (endurance, interval training, and strength). Don't forget to bring water and a towel. You are guaranteed to sweat!

Definition Fitness
"One-stop" calorie burning workout, neatly packaged to include strength, stability, balance and agility exercises. The most fun you will have getting in top shape!
Kettle Bells:
30 minute supercharged kettlebell and TRX workout that will make you sweat, builds strength and power.
Pilates
Through alignment, precision, breath, and control, Pilates mat is a great way to build a strong core, plus increase balance, body awareness, coordination, and flexibility. Pilates Sculpt, adds more intensity to a traditional mat class which incorporates standing exercises and props (balls, bands, weights, rings etc.)
Power Pump
A strength training class that uses barbells, bands, dumbbells and other equipment, targeting major muscle groups with an emphasis on alignment and core.
RINGSIDE
Learn traditional boxing techniques outside of the ring in a contemporary strength training cardio circuit style format. Boxing bags and other equipment are used. Gloves are provided. Wraps are recommended.
TRX
A total body suspension training system that helps to strengthen your core, improve stability and tone the whole body by using body weight and gravity. Strength: Muscular Endurance/Power Blast: Cardio Intervals. Fusion: Barre/Core/Yoga.
Weekend Warrior
Begin the weekend with a bang! This high intensity, weight training and plyometric workout will challenge your strength, power and stamina. This class is not recommended for beginners.
Zumba
This cardio dance workout will shake those calories away by moving your arms, hips, and feet in all directions while getting a groove on to the sounds and beats of Latin and Global music! No dance experience needed.
Yoga
Yoga Basics
Emphasis on developing a strong foundation through basic yoga poses, breathing, flexibility and relaxation.
Core Yoga
Challenging yoga with an emphasis on alignment and building core strength through holding poses for maximum duration.
Slow Flow & Flow Yoga
Vinyasa style yoga. Yoga poses linked with breathing to create a continuous flow workout, promoting strength and flexibility. Slow Flow (easy to moderate) & Flow (moderate to challenging).
Power Yoga
Flow style yoga with a vigorous approach. Good for athletes! Knowledge of yoga basics is recommended.

When your own workouts aren't quite giving you the results you are looking for, or if you wish to receive extended fitness education specific to your needs, our qualified, certified staff is ready to help you. Cardio Theater / Digital Stereo
Entertainment was never easier. Just plug in your headphones and be ready to melt away your exercise time as you listen to music from our varied digital music channels or our varied television stations on our 42" plasma screens.
Membership
A variety of options are available to suit your needs. Our most popular membership is our month-to-month payment plan. Using the Checkfree® system, your payments are automatically deducted from either a credit card or checking account each month so you don't have to worry about your payments being on time. A 30- day cancellation letter stops your monthly payment whenever you choose. Prepaid memberships are also available.
Locker Rooms
The club provides it's members with towels, showers, steam, sauna and amenities. You have the option of bringing your own lock each time you visit the club, renting one daily with our coin operated system or on a six-month/annual basis.
Retail
Forget your headphones or have dead batteries? No problem. The club sells these and other items to make your workouts more enjoyable. Hats, T-shirts and other apparel are also available for purchase. Refrigerated and room temperature drinks are available in the lobby area.
We have long since expanded into a health and fitness center offering a large array of equipment, classes, childcare and one-to-one training. Body Elite is also host to many specialty programs and events. As the neighborhood changes, we continue to grow and change to meet the needs of our members.
