Karate
Duration: 1 hour; $10; Does your only knowledge of martial arts come from watching Afro Ninja over and over again on YouTube? Well, maybe you should get out from behind that screen and try karate for yourself. In this martial arts class, learn the basic moves, forms, and sparring, while bettering your physical and mental health. You'll also practice some effective self-defense techniques that can be used in real life. It might be a couple years before you're able to karate chop through a block of concrete or wooden board, but at least you'll pick up some cool new skills in the meanwhile.
