Headache and TMJ Disorder
Upper/Lower back and sciatic problems
Tendonitis
Repetitive Stress Syndrome

LaStone Therapy
"The Original Hot Stone Massage"
A luxurious and relaxing massage that combines deep heat and cold therapy.
Smooth Basalt Lava stones are heated, while polished marble stones are iced and both are incorporated into the massage.
The combination of the heat and cold, with the pressure of the strokes, will simultaneously relax and stimulate the muscles.
Myofascial Therapy
Myofascial comes from the Latin words "myo" for muscle and "fascia" for band. The fascia is a thick elastic connective tissue in and about the muscles, bones, blood vessels and nerves of your body. The fascia spreads throughout the body in a 3-dimensional web which travels head-to-toe uninterrupted and acts as a shock absorber in the body. This myofascial restriction or tension is the underlying cause of most chronic pain problems that have not responded to traditional medical or surgical intervention. Benefits of Myofascial therapy:

Reduces chronic pain
Improves respiratory function
Enhances body awareness
Prevents overuse injuries
Restores myofascial balance
Maintains optimal soft tissue physiology
Increases range of motion

It can improve sports performance by improving form and decreasing fatigue through better blood flow. Some of the injuries Rocktape can be used for are:
