At Body & Brain Holistic Yoga, we offer individual and group classes. Our yoga classes include basic yoga to integrated qigong courses. All classes are designed to help empower you by channeling your energy more efficiently. Our yoga classes are a combination of breathing and relaxation techniques, physical exercise, yoga, stretching, tai chi, martial arts, visualization and meditation.
